2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission solution to junk plastic inserts for cab lights

Used the information that I found here on the TDR while installing a mopar cab light kit. You guys are correct the little white inserts are junk. My stubborn but good friend had to try them first (it's his truck) the first screw he tried spun the insert. We went to the hardware store and bought 6x32 x 1/2 inch well nuts with 2 1/2 inch long stainless machine screws. We had to enlarge the holes to 5/16 but boy do they hold. We will be doing mine Saturday.
