I'm kind of glad, this makes it possible to put it on the back burner until march rolls around and look at my financial picture. Hopefully I can get one ordered. Like the doctor said, "For Diesel Fever, take one Ram and drive liberally. "

this one really hurt, because the 6-spd is very popular lately, hence why the shortage is here

they already went up some... about $155 total. .

and dest. went up to $850

and some options are higher too... that happened about 3 weeks ago

i have heard nothing else about higher rebates

and the 0. 0% + 2000 is good till 3-1, and the $2500 good till 3-31

and the 0. 0% + 2000 is good till 3-1, and the $2500 good till 3-31

According to the dealer printout (I have a copy) of the incentives, at least here in the Mid-Atlantic region, the $2000 + 0% is good until 3/31.

Maybe it's different in your area, Tom?

Hmmm... i hope we get the same if you guys have it...

does your says this: (i posted a pic, hope it works)

"ZERO PLUS - ENDS 3-1"

that stinks if you have it and we dont - what state are you in ?

Thanks

Tom -

It's an Excel spreadsheet that my salesperson had on his desk

The header is: Washington-Mid Atlantic Summary

It lists many DC models down the left side, with Consumer Programs across the top. By the Ram, it has "start date-end date 01/06/04 - 3/31/04. But, you are right, at the top it says ZERO-PLUS ends 3/1.

So, there is a discrepancy here.

I do know that I have "sold order protection", as my truck won't be delivered until mid-March.

i think i see the error ... . way to the left it says "01-06-2004 -

03-31-2004" but the top date should supersede the left one, hmmm...

That is a hmmmmm.

I am in suburban Philadephia, by the way. When I did this deal, my salesperson didn't even see that at the top. He thought it was 3/31 also.

I have a ship date of Feb. 18. Woo hooooooooo! I hope those Mexicans don't smuggle any dope in my truck. Well... unless they forget about a couple lbs. That could off set the lack of rebates!:D

You should be getting your rebates. As was stated - sold order protection. By the way, we have the same ship date.

What Tommy has posted in this thread is bad news for people on the fence. Even if they place an order today, they probably won't get the truck until late April. :(

I put my deposit down on Sat 1/17, dealer placed order that Monday, 1/19. I went D1 on 2/5, with an estimated ship date of 2/18. Truck has to come here to Philadelphia, so I'm not expecting it until about mid-March.

What is "sold order protection"? Does this protect the cash allowances at the time of order from changing at the time of delivery? Is this covered by the dealer or the manufacturer?
