Some Bully Dog Help Please

I recently downloaded the new bully dog program 2. 3. I did all the proper things returned my truck to stock went to the web site downloaded the program. Then uploaded to my truck. But it goes through all the right things,then when it says on the fly level it only shows stock. It will not allow any upper level. I was able to get it out of the truck place it at stock without bully dog and leave in place my idle control and the other add ons the down loader has but it will not do anything but stock. I repeated everything twice with no luck,so now just sitting at stock. What happened? Is it the lower level power band that requires something new?

Does the screen have



stock

main menu





as its only options??





If so... just get back into that screen... . and use the "UP" arrow to get the other download options... ... BJ

It has that but that is it,if you go back to the other screen it just downloads the whole program again and still has stock or main menu. Is there some password thing I have to do with the new low end power program or is that just for torque management?

OK... now I'm confused... can you get the screen that shows the 3 power levels??



as for the new low end (2. 30 update)... I had to send mine back since it failed to "UPDATE" over the net...



BUT I understand its in the 9 option changes for the Dodge section... go to that screen and it "might" be there... BJ

sorry for the confusion my power level screen is not there. I am gonna redo the update and reinstall per Bully dogs tech line.

Did you take the truck back to stock by choosing stock in the on-the-fly menu?

Or did you go back to stock by choosing "install" and then choosing "N" take my truck back to stock?
There's a HUGE difference!
Flashing the programmer with the new download before uninstalling the module from your vehicle is a BIG problem!!
Call for tech support if you have any doubt what you're doing. You don't want to visit the dealer about reprogramming your ECM because you torched it with the programmer.
