These are really extracts, not really Hotsauce.



As a benchmark, regular Tabasco has 5000 Scoville units



"The Source" is 7. 1 million Scoville units.

I have a bottle of Proffessor Phardtpounders Colon Cleanser Hot Sauce, ingredients are Scotch Bonnet peppers, I'm kinda afraid to open it. .

Wife bought me some "Scorned Woman" hotsauce one time. Hardcore types probably wouldn't think it was all that hot, but I liked it and the flavor was outstanding.
