Those weren't spelling errors, those were grammar errors... if you want to get technical about it. Personally, I find it just as childish to correct someone on a public forum for no purpose other than to make them feel like less of a person, especially when you KNOW they're younger than you, and you were probably just as ignorant when you were that age. Let it go... both of you. . sheesh...

I am completely amazed at what this has turned into. I did not mean to offend any one. It was just my opinions that I posted. The BENZ comment came directly from dealer here in LA. I reccomend people to this web forum for the informational value. I am highly embarrassed by the turn out of this POST!!

By the way kid when I was 19 I had my own tractor trailer, worth $85,000+ that I bought my self. A Peterbilt 379 at that. It had that 500hp engine in it and a 15 speed transmission you want and talk about. My mom and dad didn't buy it for me, and I worked the hours I wanted to because I was making the payments. So it was like 60 to 70 hours a week.

I didn't have to go to college to be arrogant.

I agree. The truck talk ended a long time ago. I probably let it go longer than I needed to.

There are plenty of bad spellers in this forum (and everywhere) so it seems foolish to me to make to big of a deal about it unless it makes it too hard to understand.

I'd like to think we could all be mature men (and a few women) and maybe treat each other like good neighbors or family.

EDIT: Sorry if I offended anybody with my "foolish" remark. (which I've removed) In hindsight it was not in my best judgment to make such a remark. While it was not targeted at anyone in particular, it was brought to my attention that somebody did feel like I had singled them out. That was not my intention and I am very sorry. I should have put a stop to the "mudslinging" earlier. I hope we can all try to stick to the topic and get along-- Even if we disagree.
