My pickup is having trans problems again (reman trans&tc, another tc all in 4 months time and more trans problems) and I am have serious issues with paying the 100 dollar deductable! Does anyone have a phone number for a district manager or someone in the states that I can talk to about this? Dodge 800 number goes right to India. Dealership is friendly but says hands are tied. Any help??

They wont give it out

I asked the service manager and I was told they could not give it out. I asm not arguing with the dealership at all and am still on a friendly basis with them so I dont think they are trying to cover their ends. I would just like to get my pickup fixed without having to pay even more money. $300 for the same problems is not what I consider warranty. Anyone have access to the dm phone number for Montana?

The district managers roll through all the dealerships ask The dealer to set up an appointment for you. If they don't start writing down names and go up to the service manager if you have to.
