I went to the Night of Lights Parade last year, damn cool. Includes a Jake Brake competition. The parade lasts over an hour so if you go, bring a lawn chair and pick a spot early. I sat in front of the Chinese rest. last year which was right before the Jake Brake judging point. Lots of trucks with train horns show up as well. Saturday is the show and shine, see these beasts of the highway up close and personal.

Truck rodeo

Used to be a truckers rodeo every year. Have not heard of one in awhile. Participated one year with my old Pete. Did OK. Came in third overall,over 90 participants... .
