Mouth Cancer, any experts?

Diesel Album!

You have to finish by writing "I'm the only John Wayne left in this town!":D Yeah the music mafia in Nashville sure is making waves right now!

Just remember refering to our women as "corn fed" will get your butt kicked, by our women!! I love being from the country.

I agree with sleddy though, beware of the women wanting to talk and put out!!

Just as I read the first post on Save a horse ride a cowboy guess what came on the radio. "the girls drinking long necks down".

I love the first song on there CD. They do a good job of making fun of some other types of music.

I got in trouble at work for listening to my DAC CD on my work computer. Something about working like a ------ for my room & board.

Johhny Horton is another one that isn't work place friendly. I prefer older country. But some of the new stuff is good.

I'm an 80's big hair, metal fan, probably always will be...

However, if you get in my truck, 9 times out of 10, it's tuned to the country station or a country CD.

HUGE FAN of the "REDNECK WOMAN" HELL YA!!!!!!!

As she says in one of her songs "I may not be a 10 but the boys say I clean up good... ... . Give them half a chance for some rowdy romance you know they would" Hey I'm 25 and single... . that sounds like fun to me!

I'm more of a pop/soft rock kind of guy but my wife is a rising country music songwriter and also a pretty good friend of Brad Paisley and his fiddle player. Sortta suckered me in... I like it but still need my variation.

I grew up only listening to Rock. The station I listened to was WDVE in PGH, PA. (15 yrs ago) On Sundays they would do a Sunday in the country. They would play C. D. Hank JR, Alabama, and lots of blackfoot, Skynyrd, Molly Hatchet SP? and others I can't remember the names. This made it very easy to switch to country when I moved to MD the rock stations here stink.

What do you Skynyrd fans think of the new version of simple man done by the group Shine-Down.

I haven't heard it yet... . but would like to, another Skynyrd cover that I have never heard, but hear is good, is Metalica's version of one of my favorite Skynyrd tunes "Tuesdays Gone". Hank Williams Jr. also has a version of Tuesdays Gone... it's alright, but not as good as the original.

Every time I hear country music, I feel like John Belushi in Animal House when he is listening to the guy sitting on the steps playing his guitar for his girlfriend(takes the guitar away and smashes it) :D :D

That reminds me of the Belushi movie, "Blues Brothers" when the member of the band, "The Good Old Boys" is asked what kind of music they play... he says "both kinds"... . "Country & Western" :)

I am a country fan and was when Patsy Kline was still performing; she died in a air crash in 1957. I dam near cried when I heard about the crash on Armed Services radio. I was in the Far East at the time.
