Don't forget the Saturday morning "shotgun start!" or was it a . 44 magnum? :-laf

Must have missed that one last year. I just request, no 5:00am governor spring checks, Saturday morning..... this means you Bill!:p I just need to figure out how to get there so Chris and I don't have to setup my tent at midnight Friday night.

Michael

I found a Leer shell for mine last month so I won't have to set up a tent this year. Jeremy's dog will just have to find someone else to sleep beside, man that dog can snore!:D

Tim, Bill needs a sleeping partner, hook him up! :-laf

Michael, how did you miss that? The best part was the comment from 1 of the tents;" Aww s**t, now they're shooting at us!"

Flathead6, hows the truck running? Injectors ok?

SOP #4 Eh?

I thought I was one of the sharpest knives in the drawer til I tried to figgure out what SOP stood for. Nevertheless, unless something really goofy happens I guarantee I will be there. Time to check in with some old friends :) Good to see most of the SOP (whatever the hell that is) #1 are showing up. And James from Georgia? NICE :) Looks like this will be a good one Philip! Gonna be at Jeremy's again? Can't wait! I keep thinking about Blazing Saddles lol.

Oh, one more thing Philip, what food group do Backwoods cigars fall under and how many packs should I bring?

Carl

Carl after the first meet where we worked on your truck. We decided on a name for the event for the following years. SOP= Smoke over Peru . Thats the little town me and Jeremy live in. The smoke part came from Greenleaf/Scott when he left the divets in the yard. . :-laf:-laf

I never tried the backwoods brand. I'll look in the smoke shop tomorrow and see if they have any and try them.

Ahh, now that you mention that, that statement may have came from my tent... . Some things my mind just automatically throws in file 13, just so I can remember the important stuff, like 5am governor spring checks:eek:

Michael

Divets are clumps of sod that golfers, and must be CTDs, leave behind! ;)

Are backwoods cigars like left handed cigarettes?

Well it looks like all of the veterns will be there this time. Ahh, soo many great memories that you guys bring up. I can't wait for those cool Oct. nights, its been freakin' hot this week.

Golfers put them back after the make them. CTD owners don't. CTD owners make them deeper to. :-laf:-laf

I was wondering when you were going to step in Chris. You got old blue running yet?

Yeah, you gotta bring old blue back this year. I know Jeremy would like to visit his W350, but you should bring the blue d this year;). Has your significant other changed her opinion on accompaning you? Or is it still, "Go and do your diesel thing, I'll stay here?"

Bill, is the Silver Bullet going to make the trip this year, or are you going to bring the 2 wheeler?

Michael

Bring the fast one! Oo. I wanna go for a ride! The only one I got to ride in was Philip's, I don't really know if it was fast, he never drove over 40! :-laf

Pete, I'm going to try to make SOP this year. I'll be coming back from a trip.

Maybe you can get Dave and the "Wonder Bus" to go.

Flathead6, hows the truck running? Injectors ok?

I went with the 190s from PDR from your suggestion. Its running great and I'm getting 2-4 mpg more now!Oo.

Who was the guy last year with the Challenger hood? That was really a neat hood for the truck.
