I certainly hope you don't intend on doing your own maintenence on your new ford PS. I just worked on one yesterday, and it took 30 minutes just to remove the air filter and get it back in! Not much room in the engine compartment of the 6. 0 fords!
When i had my truck I piled 6 of my friends in there at a time all the time. No complaints, We all piled in my truck all the time. ANd yes i collected 2 bucks from all of them each time for diesel money
Maybe I'm just cynical, but I have my doubts. I really respected Dodge for some of the out-on-a-limb chances they took with innovative designs, e. g. the minivan, the Cummins, the V10, the Viper, the Durango, and the PT Cruiser. I also think during the ninties they set the standard for truck design.
But since Diamler bought them I think they care less about customer satisfaction and a quality product and more about boosting the bottom line. My evidence is because of all the chinsy short cuts like the missing wheel well liners, under hood lights, underhood noise blanket, center seat console, and the yet to be substantiated thinner sheet metal. I could go on about the block heater cord and the paint jobs but I won't. Still happy with my truck but there is a limit to what a consumer will take.
