I was attempting to clean up the welcone stickey, as several people had posted there in a fairly random fassion and some solicitation had occurred. I messed up and poked the wrong button and it's gone. I would appreciate it if the folks that posted there would repose and I am sorry for my error.

Shame on you - any decent computer op KNOWS that whenever he makes an error, he NEVER admits it was HIS fault, but instead blames it on system, programming or hardware...

SHUCKS Vaughn - give me 5 cents and your nearly 7K posts, and you can HAVE my 10K score. Truth is, MOST of the time when that count comes up in a thread, it's some critic/sorehead commenting as to what an obvious, know-nothing blowhard I am - an old fart with WAY too much time on my hands... :-laf



Post counts are pretty meaningless - and DERN sure, don't gain the poster much respect!

Whatever happened to Illflem? I saw that he held the top post count for a long time, but he hasn't been active since i've been on this forum.

As with any member who's been here a long time and posts a lot, he made his inevitable enemies and critics - one such incident flared up, he got more criticism than support, and decided his efforts would be better valued somewhere else - he's over on another board under the screen name "infidel" - probably used the name for a reason...



Losing HIM, and leaving those who were responsible, cost us FAR more than we gained...
