Probably some import taxes/fees are part of it.
As I understand it any slop anywhere can cause sloppy steering. Wheel bearings, Tie Rod ends, Uper and Lower ball joints, Steering shaft on 2 wheel. On 4 wheel, which I know little about, there are numerous issues. There could be slop in the output shaft, the one that connects to the pitman arm. If you off road you may need a Borgeson steering shaft, the factory one is not a real good shaft. Wish I could be of more help. You are doing the right thing by tapping into the wealth of knowledge that can be found on this site.It's the 3 turn box and it steers poorly.
