My brother had to have his 2003 flashed at the dealer. When we tried to load the Smarty we found that due to the flash, Smarty wouldn't work and had to be re-programmed. Being a little pc challenged, I was unable to update Smarty. So. . I called Bill Allen at Source automotive and told him our problem and asked him if he could help me out. He said to send it in, which I did. He re-programmed the Smarty and sent it back, postage paid and a candy bar to boot. Hats off to Bill and Source for outstanding service. Thank you Bill, it is appreciated.
