Just bought a 93 club cab dually. Has a chunk out of one of the dually fenders. Best price I have found so far is $230 from a Dodge dealer. Anybody know of anything better??

Thanks, Karl

Dodge is the only place I know of the get a repalcement.

Is the piece that is broken out to big to make a new section out of fiberglass?

Too big and too busted up. I just did a search and have not found anybody that has had any luck other than the dealer. But I am going to keep looking. Karl

Bought a pair aftermarket last July $240 bucks. Since then I got another pair used for $180. The are out there and cheap if you look. Heck my buddy just got a mint bed w/ the fenders for $450. Seems the first gen stuff has dropped in price. By the way advertising to sell outside the classifieds will get you in trouble :-laf :-laf . Even though I know you are prob just trying to help. I found out the hard way.

It has indeed and to that end, I would suggest that any enterprizing young lad with the gumption to do the work can own a nice first gen in good working order for less than 5k. A really cheap hard nose skinflint might do it for 2k plus labor.

Well, 1stGen, I have a little over $5k in mine, including the 4 tires I bought last Oct. (includes EDMs, diff bearings replaced, turbo, head gasket, door, and a few other parts) I have a pair of fenders in good shape, not mint, but not bad, either. I'd be willing to sell them after I find a replacement bed (dieselman359?) for mine. Not sure what they are worth. PM me if interested.

enterprising lad

If you look in Websters, under enterprising young lad, you will find a picture of Daniel. I am sure he can take a first gen apart to the last peg and reassemble it correctly. He may not qualify for a wiley old cheap skate like me on the hard nosed trading.

I was basing my estimate on some trading that I have done in the last few months getting things together to do a crew cab. Prices have definitely softened.

I have done so much mechanical work all my life that I despise it now. I will have a bit more than the 5k because I will hire some of the work done.
