Still waiting on the banks exhaust brake release

2006 Dodge Ram 3500 CTD 48RE 4x4 question

To make a long story short, had problems with my release fork making contact with my pressure plate. Called Peter at Southbend and he told me they would ship a pressure plate next day air for no charge, since the release fork had caused damage to the pressure plate. I can't begin to tell you how impressed I am with their customer service. Peter understood that this was my only mode of trans. and took care of things to get me back on the road. I will not hesitate to tell anyone that is in the market for a clutch to call SBC.

Peter if you see this forum thanks a lot, and I'm workin on those tickets for you for the August race.

Ditto guys... . SBC is #1 period. My new DD3250 with sprung hub feels like a stock clutch. It was a little grabby in the beginning, but after 2000 miles is smooth as a stocker. I was hard headed in the beginning & bought a LUK cerametallic, but after finding out the hard way... . I'm sold on SBC! I just wish I would have listened to the fellow members from day 1.
