Southbend Customer Service 2nd to None!!

I called Peter today to ask him about my clutch starting to get "grabby" after around 30k miles. The transmission is being pulled for some updates so I wanted to know if he felt resurfacing the flywheel would help. He told me to go ahead and resurface the flywheel and have the shop install the BRAND NEW clutch he was sending me free of charge!!! Oo. I couldn't believe it! He wouldn't let me pay for the new one! In my opinion that's the absolute best customer service a TDR member can get. I didn't call to complain about my clutch or anything, I'm happy with it. I just wanted to know if resurfacing would be a good idea while it was pulled apart.
