SouthBend DD questions?

Does the street DD still give you 1500 rpm vibe in direct? I expect it would with the unsprung hubs.

Sure does, although the Fluidampr mellowed it out quite a bit. You almost think you're driving a truck with a stock clutch.



Then I had a driveline shop balance my driveshaft (after replacing u-joints). They claimed the only way to balance it was to get rid of the dampener



I listened, ok'd the work, and now that vibe is back with a vengeance. :{ I can't believe how much that little dampener on the driveshaft yoke makes!



I'm in search of one as we speak...
