The stock sensor won't read above 4. 64 so how are you going to display values that are higher than what the sensor will read?

I'm sure you've thought of the possibility that it will display up to the sensor's maximum? How much is 4. 64 anyway, 26,400psi or so?

I would sure like to know what rail pressures are.

You've mentioned that some boxes command 25k psi with the cruise on at freeway speeds. I'm sure people will become wary of pressure boxes when they can easily see what is going on.

I know if I had a pressure gauge that floated near maximum all the time, I'd stop using pressure as my primary means of gaining power.

I know 4. 56 volts = 26,700 psi.

For the safety of the blow off valve I would recommend dialing in more duration like from a TST or VA duration only box before experimenting with pressures beyond what the pressure transducer is capable of displaying.

The stock boost sensor is actually pretty reliable up to the lower 40s. If you are pushing beyond the lower 40s we would recomend an aftermarket turbo, and a 60+psi mechanical boost gauge.

Garry, the idle pressure is around 5000 psi.

The pressures at idle are different depending on the HP version :) 5-7. 5k

The rail pressure sensor. I was just curious if you came up with a way to display values if the gauge somehow gets maxed out. Obvisouly if you keep pressure under 4. 5-4. 6 depending on the sensor it works fine. I think this has been one of the problems with the SPA gauge someone was making.
