Just received my SPA Boost/EGT Guage. Was planning on mounting the pressure transducer directly on the boost bolt. However, upon inspection, I noticed that the SPA pressure transducer is rather large and heavy. My concern is that normal engine vibration or an accidental hit to the side of the transducer could possibly break off the head of the boost bolt. I am wondering if I should mount the pressure transducer somewhere on the firewall and route to the boost bolt with a piece of pressure tubing (if so any suggestions for tubing and where to get it).
