spare relays

I want to put my new isspro gauges on one of the relays in the fuse panel in the engine compartment. All terminals are in the holes with no relays. ready to go. Where does the load wire go to? Does it go to the body controller or Is it in the plug underneath the fuse panel? I want to hook up my ignition wire there for a professional install. Any help is appriciated.
