I have a four speaker system i dont have the tweaters i need to know which wires are pos and wich are neg. I dont see infinty anywhere so dont think its that system oh yah its a tape deck

What truck do you have?

Welcome to TDR by the way. Go to "Discussion Panel" at the very top of the page, then go to "User Control Panel" and type in what truck you have with as much detail and list of mods. That way you won't have to type it out everytime you need to ask a question.

Take a C or D battery and attach wire to pos and neg side by taping or soldering. Then touch the speaker terminals to the battery wires and observe the speaker cone itself from the front of the speaker. If cone pulls in (down) the wires are wrong. Switch wires around and and observe the speaker cone move out (up). This is then the correct pos and neg.

Someone had removed the back speakers so i dont have a wiring diagram to tell witch wire from stereo is pos and neg one side is blue and they both have different color stripes usually the one with the stripe is neg but they all have a stripe

There ya go! Good job.
