Need to replace my speakers as one is blown, what type can I use. I have the six speaker Infinity system.

You didn't mention which one is blown. If it the front door 6x9, you may want to find another one. They have an amplifier built into them. I don't know if the rear speakers have the amp or not. Most (if not all) aftermarket speakers do not have a built in amp. If you replace just the one amplified with a non-amplified, it won't sound very good.

The amps are either screwed, or rivited to the 6x9 speakers. Someone could probably build a bracket to mount the amp onto a new speaker, then run the stock electrical connector, and hard wire the amp to the new speakers. I was going to do it on my 98, but never got around to it.
