Does anyone know MAX psi. and Liters/Hour on the F. A. S. S. fuel system. I need a pusher pump for my 03' and was debating on ordering this. Any other pusher pump recommendation. Holy blue, etc... ... ... ...

The FASS has a spring that regulates fuel pressure. I've read elsewhere on this site that you can order different springs to get different fuel pressures. I don't know what the biggest/highest fuel pressure spring is that you can order. 20 PSI... maybe? I think it comes with a spring that does 14 PSI. Those numbers are just a guess, though. I'm trying to rely on my memory here, but my brain is fried from too much diesel smoke. :D

If anybody knows otherwise, feel free to correct me.

Diesel Dynamics has a pusher pump kit. Replaces the factory line and pump from the tank to the filter housing and I think it really goes all the way to the CP3 with new fittings. This is the kit I plan on going with soon.

Actually, the stock line remains from the tank to about 4-5 feet before the fuel filter (you cut the stock line at this point and put a rubber fuel line on with a clamp). However, it does completely replace the stock line from the filter to the CP3. All the banjo fittings are eliminated, and replaced with AN fittings (bajno's are much more restrictive).

Not that the stock engine pulls much fuel, but with the DD pump, I can't get the fuel pressure to drop below 11psi, even with an extended WOT run to 100MPH (ummm... on a dyno... I would NEVER run that kind of speed on an open highway, your honor :)

In a couple of weeks, I'll see how it keeps up feeding the PowerMaxCR.

Thanks Tom, That's what I was thinking, but I couldn't remember all the details. I may try to install bigger lines when I do mine. I did it on my 98 without any problems. Bigger lines will cut the friction loss and may help out a little.
