the funny thing about it is the fact that it doesn't look purpose built. It looks like a cranked up work truck.

i wouldn't mind going to that next summer, but i guess i really would need to polish up on the french language [haven't spoken french more than a few times since grade 9, and i am no good at it]

Did I count right? in 7th gear by 1/4 end?

I counted 5 maybe 6 shifts, but I'll bet he started a bunch higher then first gear. I'll bet he was in high gear going through the traps. The driver sure was smooth, and quick at shifting. He's been practicing for a while, especially while not clutching!!! Maybe he was running a 15 speed, and started after the split and hit OD on his last shift.



I know on dad's 10 speed, with the empty trailer, I take off in 4th gear, at idle of course.
