Speedometer Calibration

What are the limits of the stock computer for tire size? I just installed a 285/70-17, and was wondering if my speedometer can be calibrated by the dealer to a larger than stock size.

I installed 315 bfg's then took it to the dealer for the re-calibration. No problem, now its right on (checked with gps)
