The tires on my truck are larger than the stock size on the door sticker. I was reading in my service manual, that a visit to the dealer or someone with a DRB scan tool is required. Are there other ways to adjsut for nonstock tire size?

I hooked my 98 up to the Snap-On Modis at the shop and reset the pinion factor on it to get the speedo correct. Or I think that a few places make a chip or something on that order that plugs and and adjusts.

I just looked it up, 4 Wheel Performance Centers. I'm sure there are many places that sell it. I paid about $200 back in '01. The thing I like about it is I can dial in my speedo any time I change tire sizes and I have a couple now. It also has two settings with a toggle switch for different size tires.

I had a tru-speed on my 99 V-10 and it worked great. I sold the truck and bought my 96 diesel and corrected my speedo with a different gear. I will sell my tru-speed for $150 shipped to your door. I have the instructions and origional box it came in.
