Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Speedometer Problem

Have a 1999 24 valve with an ATS transmission and BD Exhaust brake and for some reason the speedo will not work until the tourque converter locks up and then it works fine until it unlocks... ... ... any ideas ????????????????

Ya know what... ..... I think I've got this one covered... . read a reply from TorqueThis on an engine stumble problem regarding no speedometer and the red brake light and the ABS light on as well as no speedo untill 20-25mph which is exactly what mine is doing... ... . said it was a differential sensor which I will replace on monday and c if the problem is solved.
