spelling is unimportant, you can read anything that is not spelled righ... . on this website, alot of us mis-spell words and hit a wrong key here and there, but this text here is really bad but if you try, you can read it at almost normal speed...

Yes. It's very easy to read at even above normal speed. Someone had posted this about two years ago and I recieved a real kick out of it.

I learned in 1984 at a dyslexic school I attended in Louisville, KY called DePaul, that these words are "sight words".



Thus the problem with most dyslexics and language has to do with seeing the shape of the word and associating it with another word mistakenly. They retaught most of us to read from left to right, although I still find myself getting to the conclusion of paragraphs and stories first at the end and then going back and filling in the missing pieces, sometimes works and sometimes does'nt.



I had to laugh too because I blew right through that test paragraph easier than properly spoken english!
