I replaced my track bar finally for the first time at 80,000. I didn't realize how bad it was. The Moog unit I put in was wrong! The tapered shaft that mounts to the frame was to small and it never seated it self. First time I drove it I knew something was wrong. I had someone crank the wheel and you could see the whole assembly rocking in the frame. I picked up a Spicer unit and it fit like a glove.
The biggest symptom that is gone now is that when I turn to the right in high speed turns, it doesn't want to turn itself further into the turn by itself. Left hand turns were the opposite. I had to turn the wheel a little further to make it through a turn. I know this won't last long and if I have to replace it soon again, I'll go with an aftermarket design. But I'm good for now.
