Well, I gotta add that I have seen spinners on an older Kenworth hauling a tanker trailer. Looked really wierd in my maybe not so humble oppinion.

okay,okay i got it... its sick and wrong! so... ... ... ... the purple neons on the under carriage wouild be totally out?? the chrome shop mafia just put a set of spinners on a big truck a few weeks ago. thanks mjoppie for coming to my support i think they would look good too if quality product. and bart get some caps before you get picked up for indecent exposure. and george i'm closing my eyes and picturing the low rider look and liking it but how would i tow my 5er. a coupe of moths age i put fire and ice on the back of my truck and yellow 60" under my cab. my grand son yelled to his mother that papa is pimping his ride. the caps if inexpensive would have been a joke on him. hey i enjoyed all your coments lol robert

Oh, yes, definitely lower it, so there's no suspention except for the flex of the tires so it bounces on every rock and expansion joint.



And don't forget the curb feelers on the corners of the fenders.

as for the purple lights, they rock!! i had 8 down each side of my extended cab and on the tool box and it was a rolling light show. i was kinda leary about purple at first but it was sweet looking. i had ambers on the mirrors, and purple on the rocker panels and tool box. i even had some purple ones in the flares. i wish i had some pics to show, it was by far the coolest looking thing ive ever seen. i had to put them on a switch because so many people would stop me and talk about them:-laf im a big lover of lights on trucks.

I don't think it is a good idea either, but all to their own I guess. That said... . make sure you don't forget to add some "Gold Trimmins". I saw a Dually 2wd in Pittsburgh today that was riding low with some 24" Bling Blings on it & tinted windows. I couldn't believe my eyes! The world has gone mad!

B. 1640) that would prohibit the operation of motor vehicles equipped with spinner hubcaps has been reintroduced in the New York State Legislature by State Senator John Sabini (sabini@senate. state. ny. us). S. B. 1640 would subject vehicle owners to fines of up to $750 for a third or subsequent violation. The bill has been referred to the Senate Transportation Committee for consideration.

Personally, if it doesn't do anything to make it faster/more powerful or doesn't serve a usefull purpose then it doesn't make sense to me! That goes for wheels, hubcaps, lowering, and that goes for lights too! Unless you have a show quality trailer queen vehicle why bother?

How about just being sick and tired of the same old boring stuff. Not saying i want spinners, but plenty of people tell me they don't like my 20's. I say good dont buy them, it will save you a lot of money, but mine are staying. Besides my truck is fast and it looks good.

I agree... It looks sweet. I just can't take it when guys lower their 4x4 trucks. I'm just too Hillbilly bred to see the point in it. Out here in the country... . we raise em'. Everyone has their own thing & that is what makes the world go round. Some people don't like snuff, but I just throw in my naw & watch tv in my little pink tootoo.
