I know y'all're prolly on it, but thought I'd stick my schnozz in anyway.

I've noticed main forum 'Other' has grown quite a bit. I thought it might be useful to start another main forum, 'Trades & Passions', in which Towing/Hauling, Off Roading, The Shop, and Guns/Bows would fit nicely. Competition could even fit there, too.

TDR's mainstay is, and may always be, Diesel. But a diverse membership will have its passions and professions outside the world of compression ignition. 'Trades & Passions' would be the place where TDR members would share their non-diesel experiences and knowledge with other members.

Yes, it would be a digression from diesel, but it would also let members connect through other interests, and would tell visitors that the TDR web site is a nice place to learn and share knowledge in many areas, that while TDR's main focus is the Dodge/Cummins platform, members can share and learn about more than just diesels.

I second this idea. If this site was strickly diesel, I wouldn't stay a member.
