ha ha. . dang , right on the harness is the female plugs, pop the relays out of the boxes and plug them in, I would recommend a shot of your favorite lube before plugging stuff in, I like wd-40 to keep the ,contacts clean so not to oxidize.

if that dont work go back to the suv sight the picture shows them just before plugging into the harness.

Peace, B.

Well did you get them hooked up and if so how do they look. I've got my headlights in, now I'm waiting for the harness from suvlights. Let me know how the hook up went.

got my lights tonight will have to wait for this weekend and see I'm hoping for some warm weather and time. the lights look great good quality. I will take some before pics with lights on at night and comparison photos with the conversion. just time. shouldn't be to bad. just time between wife and 4yr old son. but hell he is going to help me. well try:-laf

Mine

Mine should be here in the morning. Have yet to order the suv lights harness tho. Where did you all get your headlight assemblies from? I bought the ones on ebay for 168 shipped. They were actually on sale from the headlightsdepot people on ebay.

Craig

same place on ebay, they are a great looking light you dont realize untill you hold them. on the relays I guess I was asking I know they plug in but the metal tab with the hole in it where is the best place to fasten the relays down or can they be zip tied?

Mine had no good place to mount them with the amount of wire supplied I tucked them in between the battery and fender and called it good.

are the relays different. looks like all 4 are the same. so it doesnt matter which to plug in. 4 female 4 male. simple like that. because the relays are all the same.

Sports headlights

:DI can't complain about Suvlights, ordered my heavy duty wiring Monday morning, got them on thursday, got headlights last friday, (depo), put everything on today, looks great, still need to adjust some. I love them.

Harness

I ordered my harness today from suv lights. I figure they will ship monday morning. Have em by the end of the week. I will be documenting/photographing all the steps. Hopefully post a lengthy post about the complete process.

Sports headlights

The only hard part on my truck was cutting out the metal behind the headlights. Parts of it were double walled. Be careful when you hook up to make sure you don't get the 9007 and the 9004 backwards. If you do one light will be a pale color. It was a stupid mistake as they are clearly marked. Just got in a hurry on the second one. Good luck.

who did you get the headlight assemblies from and what's your opinion on the overall construction quality compared to OEM headlight assemblies?

putting my set up on this weekend also will take pic's the lights I bought were from the previous link on ebay. they came will sylvania bulbs. the outer lenses are the euro style meaning I think what it means anyway is the face is clear and open without the molded groove lines like the oem style. if that makes sense. I looked over every inch and dont see any quality issues I wont have to do any cutting due to my year has the pockets opened from factory. so it should be easy. I have a homemade bumper so i have alot of room to remove and replace the lamps. with factory bumper you can remove the top plastic cover on the bumper it has pinch clips this gives you more room.

I thought the construction was better than my original equipment, the adjusters were bigger and easier to use. Thr only complaint was that 3 of the adjusters were phillips heads and one was a torx. I got the lights from a local body shop were I had some work done. After looking at all the different light brand I believe most are made by the same company for dealers with there logo. Mine are sport and they are crystal clear. If I were buying my wiring harness again, I would buy the phillips extreme 80% bulbs because I can't find them around here. Good luck.

Did I miss something along the way? What is the advantage of the sport lights and the wiring? I still have the original housings in my 95 with brighter sylvania bulbs. So far the headlamps are the only bulb on the entire truck that have needed to be replaced. As for the lenses, I have had to polish them to remove the yellowing. Do the sport lamps not yellow?

Check out what the BBB has to say about SUVlights. Concerning if you are giving them your credit card.
BBB gave them an F but I recieved a great product, very fast. I'm extremely satisfied with my wiring harness, even my mechanic who makes his own says he'll never build another set. I payed through paypal so I'm not concerned. I think it's a great product. Just my 2 cents worth.
