Yes, you heard right.
First off I want to thank sportbike for all of his wisdom and encouragement, oh yeah and the injectors. Thanks John

On a Dynojet in Austin Tx. Thursday to the tune of 407Hp/762FtLbsTq with the stock fuel system and clutch (see sig) More power could have been attained with an upgraded fuel system and pump as the gauges tell that my truck is starving for good old #2.
These dispensers are sweet, smooth power injectors that are good for an honest 70/75Hp increase with no smoke unless you hammer down on it before there is boost. Any performance injector will lay out a little clould without air.
A new clutch capble of holding 500Hp, some massaging to the turbo by Majestic, a fuel system and we'll be ready for the 'shower heads' maybe even the fuel dumping 'fire hydrants' Oh forget the hydrants, we'll just eliminate the injectors all together.

I don't know about the stage VI injectors. I waiting to test the 'showerheads' as soon as the fuel system is upgraded. The ones that are in my truck now are comparable to the DDII for half the $$. They will be available on a per order basis from sportbike with a core charge of your old injectors.

WeirCummin, those numbers soung good, congratulations. Where is the Dynojet in Austin? I'd like to get my truck dynoed, it won't compare to yours but I'm hoping for over 300hp. Are you going to the get together in San Antonio Sat. ? I'd like to meet you sometime, I live over in Cedar Park.

WeirCummin, can you tell us if Sportbike's injectors have been modified using the EDM process?

weircummin , what level di you have the PE set at ? i see you have alot of mods , when i first read this it sounded like the injectors gave you that HP level , not with a combo of other components , can you tell us what was exactly being used and what level settings ?

i think that your fuel system mod will show an increase in HP , first place to start is to get rid of the banjo bolts , i pulled the one off my injection pump yesterday and could not believe how small the holes were .

weircummin , don't know what you have for fuel system components , but i just made a number of calls and got some startling info about fuel pumps and what the different pumps , only call i haven't made is to mallory , and the the stock pump seems to be the best one for continuious operation at pressure we need , its just in the wrong location .

oh and thanks for that info , do you also have an hx40 ????

Mopar,Yes I have an HX40. There is no way to run this much fuel through a 35 and do it efficiently while keeping the heat down. The HX40 is worth an average of 25Hp on my truck. I read your post on the pumps, as with the clutch I will be testing different configurations. Keep us posted on the information you attain.

Tom, The 400 ponies and I wont be able to make to SA due to my work schedule. Drop me a line, we are only about 20 minutes from each other and we'll hook up and maybe dyno together.

Vaughn, John is not useing the EDM process. He has put alot of research into the injectors and has documented numbers for flow and lift of each set, just not real world horsepower numbers. I think it would be difficult for his truck to be used as a testbed for the rest of us, can you say twin turbos.

Mopar, The numbers quoted are with the EZ on #2 and the STD. PE on #3. The injectors alone measured 283/556 and with the EZ 328/644. These are the first set of test injectors and there is more to come. As for driveability, I think these are optimal injectors for power without smoke. There is a fuel system and test clutch in the garage, with any luck I can get back to the dyno next week.

Anyone thinking of upgrading from stock or 275s should consider these injectors along with ones from other vendors
