Hey guys, I don't normally check out the 1G area but my brother called this morning looking for leaf spring hangers for his '93 CTD. His have apparently rotted off. His truck is always loaded as he has a Lincoln pipeline machine & everything to go with it on for his gas field work. Any help would be great. Thanks

Contact Bgilbert. He has a donor truck that is being used to convert a 85 CC to a cummins. His donor is a 90+ D350. He might let go of the spring hangers. He has pitched the body allready from the donor.

You can make some easily on your own. Some 3" x 1/4" wall square tube should work. Just cut a short section of it, then cut one side out (after drilling the bolt hole for the leaf bolt first). I would box the front side of it in then as well.

Pretty common the build them this way for offroad rigs.

What hanger exactly are you talking about though? Front or rear of truck and front or rear of the spring?

Like ARhine asked--does he need the hangers in the front or rear? Can definitely make your own easy and cheap, plus they will be alot stronger than stock. I made some front ones for my 77 M880 out of square tubing with 1/4" wall, very BEEFY.
