I am looking to build some custom front leave springs to lift my truck. I have access to a spring archer and was wondering if any body new the stock measurements for the front and rear (length and width) I have also heard that chevy front springs are the same measurment. Thanks for any info you can give.

I just pulled the stock front springs off my truck today, it's a 91. 5' 250 4x4. There are 2 1/2" wide and 48" center-to-center on the eyelets.

I've read that chevy springs will bolt in, but the spring eye's are both rolled up on a chevy, and on dodge's one's up in the front and down in the rear of the spring. I hope this helps at all.
