It's been quite an interesting winter, can't decide if spring is here or not. Other than an occasional warm day here or there the temperature really hasn't changed that much since February. It was over 60 for the February Bomb Party, now two months later it's snowing.
Folks in Western Washington have been spending this weekend shoveling sidewalks, building snowmen, sledding, etc. Many places recorded the latest snowfall in history with not a trace of snow, but several inches. I know places such as the Great Lakes, New England etc. get snow in April but it's extremely rare for snow to stick past mid-late March in western WA, let alone April.
