Sure you are!! No doubt! Now go do it and tell us what happens. :D

With a 66 and lots of fuel your gonna get a transmission upgrade sooner or later. I say sooner. You might check with the old lady and the bank account first however. ;)

I like the way you think. I am not worried about mucking up the transmission - its pretty much done already (just gotta see where I am going to get the best deal - DTT, SC, ATS... ) - and it was my NEXT mod until I talked to BRADY at II and he used his salesman skills on me (LOL - it wasnt like that at all) and got me to try the SPS. What the hell, we are going to the track tomorrow night anyway. I'll give her a try and report back.

By the way, if I asked her first, I would not be allowed to get anything. Only mod she noticed thus far was the obvious A Pillar gauges. College funds... retirement funds... hooey!!!!

Crazy Larry only and SPS66 will push about 45-46psi boost when it finally starts fueling. My TC/Trans will hold just about anything I can bolt on so I don't worry. The Crazy Larry alone seems very weak on the low end. Maybe I am just used to previous stacks. I assume that since the Crazy Larry can not do boost fooling it takes awhile to get wound up. It is pretty strong mid to upper range, and I am sure if you power brake and get enough boost started you will nuke the tc.

so that should give me enough power to compete with my dads 6. 0L with the bankspowerpack and propane injection? correct? i hope so

yah i was thinking about a suncoast anyone have any ideas on one? Can i just get the internals and upgrade mine since it hasnt blown up yet? would that make it a little cheaper?

As it has been told to me (I'm only an expert on greenhouse production) the less you have flogged the stock transmission the cheaper it will be to upgrade. From what I have read, the Suncoast is a top quality transmission, along with DTT, ATS, Georend, and I'm sure a few others. A word of caution, use an installer that you can trust, the best transmission parts in the world wont mean a hill of poop if the install is a hatchet job.
