Anyone else out there have this issue. It sounds like there are kids jumping on old mattresses every time I go over any bump. This truck has only 46k miles on it. I have tried to isolate the problem by rocking the truck while parked and listening. It is definately in the front suspension. Ideas or comments would be appreciated.

There are a number of things that could cause this, including a bushing that's gone bad.

As a first cheap try, I'd suggest some white lithium grease in an aerosol can applied to the top and bottom of the spring where it contacts the perches. If possible, jack up the truck by the frame in order to take some tension out and improve your chances of getting the grease to squeeze between the coil and the perch.
