Squeeky driver seat

My driver seat is starting to make some noise. Anybody had this problem? How to fix?

Not sure but my 05 does it on pass side only when someone a little larger say 225+ and its annoying! Never have messed with it only does it when one of my workers are riding and thats not often

mine did it since day one on a new truck... first service, had'em fix the squeek w/lube spray im assuming... 5000mi down the road its doin it again. . goin in for my 2nd oil change so im gonna watch what they do this time
