SRT-10 Hood Available on '06s?

Today as I was crusing down 10th Ave in Kennewick I slowly overtook a new silver '06 Cummins dually. The SRT-10 scoop hood on it caught my attention. It had the paper license tags in the window and the standard paper dealer tags in the license plate holders, so I don't know if the dealer ordered up the hood and did the swap or if you can order new HD trucks with this hood now.

I just ordered my truck a couple of weeks ago. Dealer told me the hood was a dealer installed option, which I will be getting also.
