Yes but better question is what are you trying to accomplish?
I converted to a dually because my truck doesn'thave a bed, which meant I don't have to deal with bed flares (expensive) and I will be using it for commercial hauling and did not want to have DOT/customers wondering if my truck is safe with single rear wheels, although I'm completely confident in SRW with commercial 19. 5's just as good possibly even better than dually with LT non-steel belted 16's.
My job was not exactly pretty but I do not have a bed and I used ugly steel wheels.
You can get the adapters from ArrowCraft - Call them up they are very nice. http://www.arrowcraft.com/ Say you saw their website for 10% discount. I paid about $1000 for adapters, hardware and 7 steel wheels. Maybe $1100 with shipping. Take off about $400 or $500 if you are going to find your own wheels.
