JBoesl,

I sent off a money order today. Coming from So. Cal. Should see it in a few days. How much time for production? I read that you were putting in the orders today (Thurs). Is that right? I can hardly wait. Thanks again, Greg

They are real close to the same, they just fit a little better. I tried to work on a sealed design but I just don't have the time and funds to do it.

Thanks,

jason

Jason- Speaking of sealing- has anyone gotten that far with this idea yet? I would think it wouldn't be too hard, at least to seal out most of the hood... ... ... . Maybe some off the shelf automotive style molding/striping??

Hi Everyone,

Several people are still asking about mounts. I going to try and make another order here soon if we have enough people interested. Email me If you are at -- email address removed --

Most the mounts made are on there way to there new homes.

I did not include instructions, so here it goes.

Remove Stock air box.

Remove Stock air box mounting nuts.

Install them in the mallory mount the same way they were Installed in the stock air box.

Install the mallory mount where the stock air box was.

I included a large zip tie to hold the filter to the mount. The filter sits on top the aluiminum angle. Run the zip tie though the two holes in the angle. Check all clerances around the mount, make sure it is not rubbing anything. You may have to put a some protective rubber or tape on the top of the shock mounting stud. Hold the filter in place and make sure that the intake tube is not touching the mount and has a good 1/2 inch around it.

Double check the install after a few days of driving. Make sure the mount is not rubbing anywhere.

Have funOo.

Thanks,

Jason
