Anyone notice how much crush/flexing there is at the rubber bushings? Or, is it advantageous to have this much flexibility? I would have thought there to be much less and have noticed this since installing it. I would say I have more than 1/8" at each end. To rule out a couple of items, I checked each bolts and brass sleeves and all look new; this would include the bracket holes. Wondering if poly bushings would be an improvement, or, leave as is? Thoughts anyone?

Polly bushings would reduce the flex you now see, but will probably stiffen it too much and then what? ? ?

The Solid Steel Trac Bars have a poly bushing and sure work well. I have had my conversion on my truck for two years now and I do not see the crush/flex your describing... ... Andy
