St. Louis Area Gathering for July/August

I would like to invite anyone interested to Edwardsville Township Park (Edwardsville, IL) for a gathering set up by the Gateway Diesel Owners Association and all brands are welcome. The dates to choose from are July 27th, August 3rd, and August 10th. This is posted on three sites and the most that can attend one a given date will be the date picked. Let me know. Hope to see you there.

Just wanted to let you all know about the trucks that can make what date. There are 4 trucks that can make any date. There are two trucks that can make the July 27th date. There are two trucks that can make the August 10th date. There is one truck that can attend either August 3rd or August 10th.



So that is a total so far for the most trucks on August 10th.

This is not a confirmation that the meet will be on the 10th, just an update.

Ross, my credit card has already been charged with the registration fees and I have already made a reservation at a nearby motel for Friday and Saturday nights. I have not talked to Don and Chris about caravaning to the event as we did last year and also two years now to Muncie. I am sure we are going to do it again this year. We meet in Edwardsville and take off from there. I would think it would be good to pick 6:00am Friday morning to meet and we usually stop for breakfast around Effingham, IL. You are more than welcome to meet up with us to carvan along if you want.

Ross, I have reservations at Knights Inn. 812-234-9931. I did a very small amount of searching prices out and they came in $10-$15 dollars cheaper a night. I don't know how good the motel is but I think I remember seeing it last year. It is in a good location next to a Cracker Barrel about a mile from the Fairgrounds if memory serves me right. Don't quote me on that!
