Love your stacks! looks like you guys are real handy with the fabbing... Nice and stout and SQUARE... . Great job.

I have been wrapping my brain around a stack project lately as well. I have my mind settled on a single matte black 7" stack from a Caterpillar Escavator and think I'm going to relocate my 4" straight thru muffler in the bed laying down widthwise with the stack sticking up on the driver's side. It won't be extra loud but will look great and smoke will get up and out of the way of cars in the parking lot at least on start up.

Yeah, we used 3/16" wall seamed 6" I. D pipe. Its way cheaper than seamless anything. I think we picked it up for like 6. 50$ a foot or something (discount price through fencing company).

It is square, 100%. The drivers side stack is rotated slightly to far to the left, about 1/32" in a 6-5/8" span (the od of the pipe).

they are heavy, proabbly around 120lbs. however, there is no drone whatsoever inside the cab. The truck in the background on the left is TDR memeber LOtero's 2nd gen. . it has 6" stacks too. These ones have less drone that his do.

glad you guys like em.
