I need a 4" turnout stack.

Where is the best place to get one?

Actually the best doesn't matter cheap is all that matters. Looks don't really matter.

It's going on the '89 Flatbed, I just need to get above the cab, not be pretty.

I figger that a turnout will keep the crap off of the stuff on the bed.

I looked around for used stuff but it is usually as expensive as new.

Thanks, KO

The chrome room???? It's a pretty well recognized site... ...

I recieved my stacks from the local truck dealer by way of the school's discount and they were pretty reasonable, they were. :)

I wanted the top quality and looks so I was in a different boat.

Yeah, If I were you I'd go with nice ones too.

Right now It's just be wasted chrome on pig.

I may just do a 45 degree on regular pipe.

I have it run under the flatbed right not and it sounds awful.

I decided to make my own Heavy Duty Stack.

4" Steel pipe, a weld on nipple and some cuttiing with the portable band saw.

Oh and a can of paint.

All stuff I had layin' around.

Gotta love BBQ Paint!!!

I was surprised at how warm the stack gets.

I ran 3" into the stack then it of course is 4".

Pretty Warm... . I was thinkin about putting my tools in the tool box the 3" runs thru...

Then I'd have warm tools in the winter LOL.

My stacks pass through my vinyl bed cover and are in very slight contact with the material. I don't believe they get that hot. I use vinyl stack covers too and can install them shortly after a trip.

I did manage to blister and flake-off the 1200° paint on the down pipe :D
