Stack Sound Clip

Here is a sound clip of pure music! 6" miter cuts with no muffler. . My son had the video camera out the back window between those 2 stove pipes. Once I go thru the gears you hear the US Gear exhaust brake come on. .

Just curious how hot the pipe gets? I've got a couple ideas for building a set but wonder if the pipe get's hot enough to melt my Line-X bed liner. I'm guessing anything touching the pipes would melt but how close could the pipe be to plastic/rubber and not cause stuff to melt?

Thanks guys...

I took a kit from Grand Rock and move the stacks inboard. I wanted the outer edge of the stacks to be even with the black strip that goes over the cab.

The turbo sounds that you are hearing is coming from a set of PDR Towing twins. . HX35/12-HT3B/26..... and NO STINKING MUFFLER!

I had the truck painted in January! It had that Dodge paint job that didnt want to stay put :-laf :-laf :-laf . .
