dern i knew i forgot something, only spent bout 6 hurs on it, sunburned myself red, lol, i even waxed it. :-laf :-laf I love some excitement in the threads keep em comin. I like to know what people think of my truck.

Looks good. After I put mine in the neighbor keeps asking me to sell it to him. I told him about a 97 like mine and first question was is it stacked. I will never go back to normal exhaust. My son loves it when he rides with and I get on her and it rolls the smoke he just sits there and :D :-laf . Makes me :D also.

it does let water in, but i drilled a hole a little larger than 1/8 inch in the elbow for a drain, it has been raining the past day or so and i have yet to get a soot shower, i am keeping my fingers crossed, there was a little bit of wet soot in the bed that run out of the joint between the crossover and the y pipe.

I got the slash cut chrome stacks from a seller on ebay called chromeroom, 85. 00 shipped for them, and the y pipe and connections i got from www.blackclouddiesel.com i bought their kit without stacks and saved over 200. 00 on that. it was 365. 00 shipped I have a special flex pipe i doubt too many people will have on their trucks, hehe, I call it the BOMB pipe as it came off a Bombardier snow grooming machine that frequent snowshoe ski resort, a guy i work with found a brand new one for me, lots more flex than the one with the kit and it is all welded together, nice indeed, i will attach a couple pice of it.

Looks good! I just ordered 6" Bull Hauler's from Black Cloud Diesel, hope they turn out as well as I think they will.

what size are those 36" they look tall on the truck. I had hoped 36 whould stop just -2" above the cab. looks like you got about 8" s.
