Stacking MP/8 with TST!!!!!

Can someone tell me a few pointers on which settings you like to run between the two,which one to hook up first to the sensors,whats youre egts doing,also rail pressure readings,I realize every truck runs different,but kinda curious what you have experienced,so I have some different pointers on what to try to run!!!!!

I run the mp8 at 100% and the tst on hp2 te0. You have an 03 so run the same settings but with te #2 and start from there. I run te #'s higher on the 03-04 due to the smaller injectors. BTW are you running any fuel system upgrades? fass gdp or any of the sort?
