Well guys after having my stacks for nearly 6 monthes now I have really grown on them but I am going to install a Transfer Flow tank next week and will be putting on rear exit again to prevent heated fuel in the tank ( the ONLY down fall to owning a 24 valver is having too hot of fuel). Are there any manufacturers in the midwest who build a decent 4 or 5" rear exit for a quad cab longbox 4x4? I want to keep my Jacobs brake also. How much am I going to expect to pay also? Anyone out there have a 4 or 5 for sale or want to trade for stacks? TIA, Chris

What do you mean by rear exit? If that means stock tail pipe location, PM me, I can give you contact info for good exhaust at a great price.

I went with RIPS 4 inch, its reasonably priced, and easy to put up on the truck. if its a short box you have to take some measurements and cut the pipe down a little bit. www.sourceautomotive.biz (i believe thats his website)

I've got Rip's 4", but can't seem to get the muffler to fit in his "suggested" location forward of stock. I know they have excellent support -- I was impressed when I called the first time and was greeted by "This is Rip", but my work hours aren't conducive to customer support so I haven't been able to resolve the problem, for now I've got a great exhaust, and my muffler makes a nice garage ornament!

Bryan, I would love to keep my stacks but they put out way too much heat to have a fuel tank right next to them. If you remember looking at Aron's truck at Minooka maybe you know which tank I'm using. I bought the Flow Master tank he had. I wouldn't worry about the stacks so much if I had 12 valves but I'm afraid with warm or hot fuel I will damage my VP. I had tried thinking of ways to move the tank backwards and put in a heat shield but I pull a trailer about 99% of the time and need the bed space. The Transfer Flow goes all the way across the bed also between the rails. Chris
